OPERATIONAL POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We want you to feel completely comfortable shopping magicDepot.com, Inc. and on the magicDepot.com Web Site. The following discloses our policy for conducting business.

Delivery Policy
Most orders placed by noon will be shipped the same business day. If an order cannot be shipped the same business day, it will be shipped on the next business day. If we cannot ship your order when promised, you will be promptly notified. Advance orders will ship upon merchandise availability. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order prior to shipping.

Merchandise Return and Refund Policy
Our Merchandise Return and Refund policy is among the fairest in the industry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly refund 100% of the merchandise purchase price. Any merchandise purchased may be returned and refunded for any reason whatsoever for thirty (30) days from date of delivery, less shipping and handling charges, and any applicable taxes. Please contact customer service to make arrangements to ensure proper crediting of your account.

Consumer Data Privacy Policy
magicDepot.com, Inc. takes privacy and credit card security very seriously. The sale or disclosure of databases containing Cardholder account numbers, personal information, or other Card transaction information to third parties is prohibited. In order to guard the security of your personal information, your information will not be shared with anyone unless it is essential to satisfying your purchase.

Description of Transaction Security
Collection and processing of sensitive billing information, such as the billing information collection page, which gathers credit card data, is handled through a secure industry standard https connection using 128-bit SSL v2/v3 encryption. You can verify the secure server certificate information for the web site by double-clicking on the locked padlock icon in your browser's status bar (at the bottom of the browser display for most browsers).

Our website is fully compliant with Visa's Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP). Visa implemented CISP to protect Cardholder data. CISP applies to anyone who stores, processes or transmits Cardholder data.

We are in compliance with all twelve (12) basic CISP requirements:
  • Install and maintain a working network firewall to protect data accessible via the internet.
  • Keep security patches up-to-date.
  • Encrypt stored data.
  • Use and regularly update anti-virus software.
  • Restrict access to data by business "need to know".
  • Assign a unique ID to each person with computer access to data.
  • Do not use vendor-supplied defaults for system passwords and other security parameters.
  • Track access to data by unique ID.
  • Regularly test security systems and processes.
  • Maintain a policy that addresses information security for employees and contractors.
  • Restrict physical access to Cardholder information.

We are also committed to achieve compliance with the following additional requirements:
  • We conduct annual onsite reviews and produce an Annual Report on Compliance, performed by a Qualified CISP Security Assessor and in accordance with the CISP Security Audit Procedures and Reporting document.
  • We conduct a System Perimeter Scan by a Qualified CISP Scan Vendor.

Some of the steps we take to achieve this compliance include:
  • The training of employees in compliance requirements.
  • The institution and monitoring of appropriate controls and procedures.
  • Ongoing policy review.
